Hello, I’m Rachel, a Registered Nutritional Therapist (MBANT, CNHC) and Health Coach.


My former life as a journalist and management consultant showed me first-hand how being on the go all the time, eating junk and constant late nights take their toll on your health. ​​For me, being a long-term migraine sufferer also played its part. 


My wake-up call led me to nutritional therapy and I haven’t looked back. The changes I’ve made to the way I eat help me live life to the full. I’d love to help you do the same.
